Ryan larocca
FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS
Ryan LaRocca is the CEO and Director of Acquisitions at LRG Homes LLC. Raised in San Jose, California, he pursued Business and Economics at San Jose State University. His journey in construction commenced after graduating from vocational school in 2010, leading to a career in commercial HVAC and extensive knowledge of trades and building maintenance. In 2014, Ryan transitioned into the real estate sector, affiliating with esteemed firms like Keller Williams and Intero Real Estate, earning recognition as a top-performing agent. This role enabled him to grasp the intricacies of enhancing real property and prompted his inaugural investments in 2017.
Today, Ryan is a dedicated full-time investor, overseeing 10+ projects annually across residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate domains. His expertise spans construction management, both conventional and private financing, and the acquisition of investment properties. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ryan finds joy in competitive activities like disc golf and martial arts, as well as exploring the world through international travel.
AMANDA BAKSHI
CO-FOUNDER | REALTOR
Amanda was born and raised in San Jose CA, and attended UC Berkeley, where she graduated with a double major in Political Science and Mass Communications. Her first career was in Property Management where she honed her skills in Marketing & Operations, she then returned to the South Bay and took a position as a Real Estate Assistant for Ryan LaRocca and together they have built LRG Homes.
Amanda enjoys creating meaningful relationships with people and finding ways to connect with just about every type of person. She feels most rewarded professionally when she’s able to deliver a product or service that really makes a difference in someone else’s life. This is a personal reward that drives her professionally. Most of Amanda’s past clients have either been first time buyers, or sellers looking to relocate. She takes special care and has extensive experience helping sellers renovate and prepare their homes for market.
Amanda loves yoga and rollerblading and has a love for Southern Utah. She and her husband travel there almost every year to enjoy the beauty of the landscape out there and hope one day to own some land there themselves.
Omar Mousa
FIELD MANAGER
Omar, a native of the Bay Area, grew up in the vibrant community of San Jose where he graduated from UC Davis with High Honors in 2019, with a double major in Poli Sci & History. Initially drawn to the field of Tech Sales, he found success helping multiple start-ups scale their sales processes. While scaling startups, Omar embarked on his own career path that ultimately led him to entrepreneurship.
Driven by his passion and expertise for innovation and business, Omar founded "S&O Trading" while still immersed in the tech industry. Through astute decision-making and dedication, he swiftly achieved success, leading him to transition seamlessly into the realm of property investment on a full-time basis. With a knack for identifying opportunities and maximizing growth potential, Omar has garnered valuable experience in scaling startups within the Bay Area's competitive landscape. His sales and marketing expertise will help LRG grow as we continue to scale.
You'll typically find Omar outside enjoying the sun, rain, or snow, his wife and him love the outdoors and are always looking out for their next adventure!
Quocnam Luu
FIELD MANAGER
Quocnam was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He attended San Jose State University for Psychology. “I just want to help people,” was his reasoning. In 2020, he got started on his business journey by starting an SEO company. In late 2021, he got into Crypto and NFTs which he still actively invests into to this day. In November of 2022, he started at Sunternal as a solar canvasser where he built upon his collaboration and communication skills. On February 15, 2024, he started his own Real Estate Investment business before joining the team here at LRG Homes. Outside of business, Quocnam loves going for walks, hiking, watching anime, milk tea, frappuccinos, building relationships, smoothies, and finding good food.
Dane Nicolas
